Enuresis is the involuntary discharge of urine by day or night or both, in a child aged 5 years or older, in the absence of congenital or aquired defects of the nervous system or urinary tract.
It should be noted that my programme is designed for Nocturnal Enuresis, ( Bed Wetting ) is for children aged 10 years and above. I pride myself in having a great rapport with children, helping them to talk openly about a condition that can dramatically reduce their self esteem & confidence. All children must be accompanied by an adult during sessions.
Bed Wetting is more common in boys than girls & it may be reassuring to know that 15% of 5 year olds wet the bed. Most children will resolve this issue over time with the use of Alarms & or medication. However Medication is not a cure for bed wetting, it has to be carefully administered and is it purely a way of keeping your child dry. Medication also appears to be ineffectual for a large percentage of adolescents.
If you & your child are frustrated with your progress & want more information Hypnotherapy & NLP can offer help that has had proven dramatic results.
