I hold certification from the National Council of Hypnotherapy. I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and the General Hypnotherapy Register and abide by their codes of conduct and ethics. I have a Diploma in NLP and have taken courses in Human Givens psychology.

Before becoming a Hypnotherapist I was an Associate Director of a Marketing and Research company in London and the Managing Director of a small consultancy company specialising in restructuring operational systems for Research orgainisations. My job involved motivating and coaching people to develop their potential to the highest levels as well as helping people get from A to B in the most practical and efficient way possible without treading on anyone along the way.

As a working mum I understand the dynamics of a busy family life and love working with children (10yrs +) as well as adults.
